I’m a engagement photographer who loves to shoot colorful, dreamy and cinematic images.

What if we captured those sweet passing moments? The ones that make our eyes a little brighter, our smiles and laughter a bit more toothy. The love we feel with our partner is one of the most special experiences we have! Capturing the goofiness and tenderness can be so fun and I love helping couples feel natural and spontaneous in front of the camera.

A session together not only means great photos, it’s an experience in itself. To have fun and be goofy, to slow down and connect.

    POWELL BUTTE

    This is an ever changing gem of Portland. Always beautiful but strikingly different as the seasons change.

    Latourell Falls

    My favorite location in the Columbia River Gorge! Go from beautiful bridges, to a waterfall to huge panoramic views of the Columbia River. All within ten minutes of each other.

    Cliffs, rock formations and massive forest. The Oregon coast is an abundance of amazing locations - some of my favorite being Indian Beach and Elk Flats.

    MT TABOR

    One of my favorite spots where you can stay in town and still get amazing diversity. Mt Tabor has beautiful forests, reservoirs and an open view of the city.

What’s next?

Here an overview of the process

  1. Send me an email and we’ll set up a call to talk through the details.

  2. We’ll figure out the location, date and I’ll get to hear a bit more about what you’re looking for.

  3. To reserve the shoot I’ll need a 50% deposit. I accept most payment methods. If the weather prevents us from shooting we’ll reschedule, free of charge.

  4. Send me a mood board! I’ll create my own for the shoot, but I would love to see examples what images you’re drawn to. This really helps me deliver images you’ll love.

  5. On the day of the shoot we’ll spend an hour yapping and snapping - giving you enough time to feel good in front of the camera, try different outfits and let us explore multiple backgrounds and ideas.

  6. I edit the full gallery, minus the bad ones! I edit creatively and you’ll get a chance to ask for any changes you might like.

  7. You’ll receive all of the images through Google Drive in two file formats. Small files: for social media and web. High resolution files: for printing or large displays.

  • I give plenty of direction, never leaving you unsure of what to do! I still leave space for you to be yourself and interact naturally, but always guided so things flow naturally.

  • One of the most impactful decisions you can make is your outfit! Dress up! It’s your self expression and has a huge impact on the feel of the images. Take some time to try different outfits and coordinate colors.

  • Ultimately, wear what helps you feel confident and comfortable. Beyond that, dress up! It’s a special moment and a coordinated outfit goes a long way in giving the images a great feel. Having the same or overlapping colors between the two of you is a great way to visually communicate togetherness.

  • Absolutely! We can talk through details to make sure it stays a surprise, making sure you have nothing to focus on besides asking that one question! After I capture the moment, I’ll make myself known and we’ll do the rest of the shoot.

  • Yes and no - it really depends on the season and the weather that day. Typically fully sunny days are the hardest to photograph in because the light is harsher, BUT, those can also be beautiful. I’ll suggest a time based on the day and location.

  • I bring warmth, tenderness and goofiness. I want to create a space for intimate moments as well as the joy you find in each other. Your relationship is dynamic and I like to flow through all the ways you find connection in each other.

PRICING

$360 for a one hour shoot

Travel is included within 30 minutes. Extended travel is $50/hour

My package includes the editing and delivery of all of your images! No need to pay extra.
